Hi all, new to towing and just wondering has anybody towed caravan to park foot site in pooley bridge , as the site got easy access in and out the site , thanks.

trav.......Been to this site a couple of times with the caravan. Access is fine, no probs. Nice site. Around 15 min walk into Pooley Bridge.

Last time wewent there you could book a 'Super pitch' with water/drainage hookup on Hardstanding. Though there were only 6 or 8 of these pitches, they really were very good. Price, although more than standard, wasn't extortionate. Mind, we always go out of season so never pay 'August prices'. The pitches in question are straight up the hill past reception on the righthand side just before the statics. Have a good stay and read the reviews in the camp site search section.................Mick
