Has anyone stayed at Castlerigg Hall Caravan Park at Keswick and would you recommend this site.
Have been provisionally booked Super pitch number 25 - anyone knowing this site, can you let me know if this is easy to position into and is it at the lower or higher end of the park.
Any feedback greatly appreciated.

I stayed at this sight with my eldest on a walking trip earlier in the year . I thought it was a lovely well run site. The shower block and toilets were always spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be staying again .Can't help with the tin tent though .
Loved it. Had a fabulous full service pitch looking right over the lake. Only thing I would advise about is that if you have walking difficulties you may find the site a problem as it is really quite hilly.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
