I have been ringing around today for a seasonal pitch around the Gower area.. Is there such a thing?? I just got a no and that was that.. The only place who was helpful was Riverside in Swansea.. and there you seem to have to buy someones old dog.. at a severley highly inflated price for the pitch!
Does anyone know of anywhere where there are available pitches or am I dreaming.
Many thanks in advance.

I don't know whether Llwynifan Farm at Llangennech near Llanelli does, we were there last Easter and there were some empty vans, might be worth a try. You can find the address, phone no and website on here, and my review. Not the Gower of course, but not far.
Hi.we went to Bank Farm in the village of norton on the gower peninsula and i think they do seasonal pitches.it has fantastic views over the sea and the beach is a few minutes away

I have found lovely site in llaneli.. Gateway Holiday Park.. it runs along side the Millenium costal path and seems to be pretty central.. the pitches are the largest ive ever seen (40ft) and they are currently developing a brand new area just for seasonals, where we will be sited.. it looks fantastic.. spoke to a few people who were touring there and they all had good things to say about the place...
Do anyone know what beaches around the gower is near to this area???
That is on the far side of the estuary from the Gower, so you would need to cross the bridge (can't remember the name), it's not far from Llwynifan Farm. No decent beaches on the Llanelli side, unless you like huge long stretches of sand.
I went back over the bridge yesterday when we left the site.. I thought I would follow it along and have a look at Llangennith beach.. I came as far as a very hilly camp site.. hillend I think it was called.. is that the only entrance to the beach or had I missed a turning somewhere.. its a shame Gateway does not have a tiny beach really.. I know there is Pembrey pk a few miles up the other way. Would prefer the rocky gower beaches though.
