Hi,can anyone tell me if they know of any sites in the Yorkshire area that are open 365days, that charge an annual fee equivalent of storage, and then charge you a nightly rate every time you use the caravan.

My friend has one here and they pay for storage and then a nightly rate when their staying on site. Open all year as well. Its a quiet site but they love it.
Mere Farm, Buton Flemming, Hunmanby nr Filey/Bridlington.
Last I heard it was £5 a night and then site rates for when you were actually there. Don't know if that's expensive???

That DOES sound very expensive! - £1825 just for storage, plus site rates when you stay! I'm paying £1600 at a seasonal site for 10 months use and 2 months storage, including electric hookup.
