Hi,

Has anyone any recommendations for a place with statics for hire in the lakes. Planning on trying to get somewhere for easter weekend, yeh i know i've left it VERY late again.

Just want a good site, preferably nearby pub and lake just a nice chill out weekend with my son & other half, maybe a bit of cycling thrown in. Thats about the only criteria but don't want to pay a small fortune, just been quoted £650 for 3 nights at White Cross.

try here, 5 min walk into town where you have a variety of pubs, cafes & shops.

Hi holgates will be about £380 for easter weekend, its my familys fav site when in the tourer and certainly worth taking a look at..  Friends of ours managed to get a static for feb half term a couple of days before arriving so you might be lucky and get on there..

if you look at its website you will find its now named Silverdale.
