Looking for a campsite for the middle of august which is near the sea and have swimming pool and some entertainment for the children. It can be anywhere down on the south coast. Any help would be grateful.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
Have you tried this, Click on the area you want to visit, use the refine box, then at bottom of page mile radius 5, 10 15 etc click update. It gives you all the sites in that area.
Littlesea - Weymouth, Rockley Park - Poole, Highlands End - Bridport, Merley Court - Wimborne (or any Haven or Shorefield site) would all fit the bill - but not cheap peak season!

There is a thread running on rockley park with poor reports.
I think you would be best advised to narrow your area down to where you really want to go then you would get more suggestions
