Hi

I need to ask for some suggestions from your experience in camping as we are quite new at this (but love it).

I am looking for site suggestions that are a beach location, have ehu, good facilities and come with recommendation.

We have just christened our Montana 6 at St David's site on Anglesey and my little girl had a great time on the beach and in the rock pools. My wife loved the convenience of ehu (just found out she's pregnant and she was coerced in to camping by myself through my dd)

any suggestions would be great/ as I would value them. It's easy to say 'look on the reviews on this site', but they are best when you have an idea of where you are thinking oh going to.

Thanks, please help a newbie out :0)

Hello and welcome.
The site reviews are very useful, I find, and you can now select the criteria, eg, tent, beach site . . ., on the camp site search.

Hi Nick, why dont you try Bron-y-wendon Llandulas? not quite as close as St Davids to the beach but not far off, this is an excelent site, does not have a club but has a few pubs close by..... Me and the wife went to St Davids a couple of months ago we thought the location was great, but when we drove on we sank, the site wardens who where from Rossendale man/wife said when the weather is wet its a nightmare. They have no drainage and we had to get pushed by 8 people to get out again...just watch what time of year you go if thinking of going back!
