Tanner farm fan here. No pool, or clubhouse, but has farm animals, safe walks, 2 play parks and a games field, and a lovely safe feeling to it and excellent shower blocks. Its a little patch of heaven!

I went to 2 chimneys before they put the roof on the pool, I didn;t love it it has to be said, but I am very picky! The kids had a good time though.

We live 60 mins away which was really useful when I forgot to pack the tent pegs!!!!
Actually it was nice being so close - still felt like being on holiday but were home in an hour!!
