Hi,

Off to Bashley soon, looking forward to it. Its our first time so some questions if you dont mind:

- Is there a supermarket near by, not a little shop on site, but somewhere we can do a decent shop for the week.

- What 'must we do' when were in the area?

Re supermarkets:

There is a reasonable costco on site which serves very good fresh bread rolls and has most things you need.

In New Milton a short drive away is Tescos. (2.5 miles)

On the road into Christchurch a slightly longer drive from the site is Sainsburys. (4.5 miles)

last time I was in the area about 18 months there was also a Tesco metro in Brockenhurst.

Go crab catching at Mudeford.

Go to Poole and watch all the ferrys come in and leave

If the weather is nice, go to a place called Highcliffe

Just spend hours driving thru the New Forest and pull over at one of the many car parks and just go wandering.

Bashley Park and that whole area is my fave place in the UK. Its fantastic. Enjoy!

We love Bashley site but dont do much when we go there.

There is a mini Tesco in New Milton and a Sainsburys on the way to Christchurch.

You can go pony trekking, a stables just up the road.

We went to Poole, watched the ferries come in and crab fished, my lads loved it even though they are 16 and 18 years
