anyone know of a decent, cheap campsite in maybe dorset area for us to visit for a few days. have 2 teenagers (17 and 19) who are of course lovely, we want to be able to sit outside tent with a bottle of wine or a beer and have a chat but without worrying about it being 11 oclock and off to bed. any site that you know off that are not quite so strict. we are not overly noisy just want to be able to sit and chat without being worried about the time/noise element.

Most sites have a noise curfew but I don't think this is really intended to make people go to bed early. It is a time when it is expected that things like radios, TV's,  are turned down or earphones used, and general noise is kept to a minimum. I think most sensible people would accept that a family having a drink outside the tent and quietly chatting is all part of camping but you will always get those people who go to bed at sunset and expect everyone else to do the same.

If you want a noisy late night party of course then I can't think of any sites that allow you to do that.

Perhaps you would be better using a site which has a bar then people using those types of site expect there to be a bit of noise when the bar closes which is often midnight...or even later at some sites.
