Can't you put your name on a cancellation list ? I'm near Manchester and it's as black as night here and bucketing down. I should think there'll be some early cancellations.

If Anglesey suits it may be worth giving Bodfan Farm a ring. I was there last wk and they said they would be busy but would have space. We were thinking of going away again but no can do

We have just booked Royal Umpire Caravan Park, Croston.  As you, we left it too late for any choice (or electric !)  but are pleased as looks a nice site for our very first outing in our tent.
