A couple of years ago I rang one site only to be told by the woman that they liked only took caravans, which they could keep in nice neat little rows.

Pulled into a c&cc site down south went to reception Mrs bursting for the loo, Ahhh there was a loo there off she went, Camp site warden on phone no probs out comes Mrs relived look on the face, Warden slams the phone down and goes into a hissy fit rage cos the Mrs had used the disabled toilet, Rant went on for some 2 minuets with me and the wife stood there wondering what the big problem was, anyway when the idiot stopped ranting my wife pulls out her disabled badge my turn for a rant. Demanded our deposit back and left rang the C&CC next day complained about the idiot, got an apology with a little cover note at the bottom "well really it was a disabled toilet and your wife shouldn't really have used it"????????????????????? Never used a C&CC site since and never will.

When jobsworths like that are about it's your duty to ignore them! I remember one time in aberyswyth I entered the carpark at the wrong end as I missed the entrance. It was safe to do so and I could see clearly. Still got the jobsworth storming out in his high viz and clipboard, ordering me to reverse out, down the road and enter through
The right bit. I was so tempted to ignore him and continue!

My worst nightmare - having researched various web sites and found the most perfect CL or CS in the middle of nowhere,  all set for a lovely peaceful weekend - is to arrive and find one or two families already there with their children running around screaming and shouting - I always feel like crying and going home at this point ........ ! I have now discovered adult only CL's and CS's ! Phew !

As above - we are all different and have different requirements - thank goodness !

I am normally a well behaved, respectable bloke, but its so satisfying to wind people like that warden up. (if your not staying there of course)
