there are 5 or 6 that are specialists in the site sales.
edwards
barrs
fox
colliers
humberts
and others
best thing is to register with them, and check their websites regularly.
be warned though, it seems a lot of sites are sold before the details are put on websites! For example, a small site near York was posted on edwards website 3 weeks ago, perfect for us. I asked for the details that day, and by the time they emailed me 1 day later, they informed me it was sold! When I asked why, I was told that they have lists of people 'ready to go'. Fair enough, but why even bother advertising them?
