Found a great place for Stay and Store of our caravan but having not done this before what happens when you phone to say bring out my van and you have wheel locks on and a Phantom alarm? Does the place have access to your secuity. How does it work?

I imagine that most sites with a storage facility would (like those run by the Camping and Caravanning Club) insist on being left with the keys to wheelclamps etc., so that an attempt could be made to move the van in the event of flooding, fire or other emergency.
