All the reviews are done by individual visitors to the site and 141 reviews should have enough information for you.

I have been there many years ago (before I found UKCS) and we had no problems.

We went to the pub down the road a few times, but most of the time we used the car and were in Scarborough.

As mentioned by Ben, the 141 reviews are all from people that have been and the reviews are based on their experiences

I use the reviews all the time and on the whole they are very accurate and have been useful in planning which site and activities whilst there. As there are so many for this site, you should get all the info you require to help you decide

I have got most of our hols off this site. When we were first starting out, I wasnt a member but now make sure that I read the reviews that others have posted. As long as it says "clean" I am happy.

The reviews are really usefull, but if you are still not sure and you are not too far away, have a drive there when it opens and check it out then make a booking if you like it. Thats what we do.
