Damage Barton at Mortehoe nr Woolacombe has both Caravan Club and Camping and Caravan Club sites adjoining - superb sea views across to Wales - I think they are open to non-members also.

not North Devon but in the middle and easy to get all over Devon and Somerset also Dorset.

have a look at the reviews of   Thornleigh. at Horton.  very reasonable.(£15 a night for two plus two. inc power) small. tidy. clean. and a little gem.

I and others use it again and again app three times a year and it/they never fail in standards

CC Site Willingcott. Lovely views to Lundy Island from the site. Short car journey down hill to Woolacombe. Usual CC Site facilities, excellent large pitches, plenty of hardstandings as well as grass.Good "kiddies" play area.

Gate at back of site directly onto Tarka trail for walk/cycle to Ilfracombe.

Site definately takes non members.
