Hi,

I just wondered if anyone knew of anywhere I might be able to book (large tent) for 2 nights for the bank holiday weekend in Kent (or close by)

I know it's short notice - should I just give up now??!!

Plenty of campsites along the Northern French or Belgian coast, you don't need to book. Ferries ain't that dear.

If you check Norfolkline website Dover/Dunc you can get out Fri-back Mon on Whit weekend for £53ret. if you are prepared to travel early hours. Load up with cheap beer & cheap baccy on't way home.

Theres a camping municipal at Bray-Dunes on French/Belg border thats ok. De Panne just over in Belg is a nice resort & right nr Adinkerke fer yer fags/baccy. Cheapest beer is in a French Aldi, £4.50 for case of 24x25cl bottles 4.6%abv.
