Hi campers, it's been a while since my family and I have had a night under the stars. the problem i am facing is this, my kids are after an action packed camping holiday. Is there anywhere that provides activities like rock climbing, orienteering, abseiling and the usual outdoor activity stuff......maybe I can pack them off with hubbie and i can relax on a nice sandy beach with a good book.....lol......we usually go to the South Hams in Devon, i love it but it's a little quite for teenagers......

will 2nd North Yorkshire, not long spent a week at Pickering it was brill, best holiday had for a long time loads to do, the kids had plenty to do. Dont forget the NYMR for a fantastic day out also kids loved it.

River Dart? Don't know if it's any good and it has got mixed reviews but I think my kids would have enjoyed it if I had known about it years ago when they still wanted to come with us.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
