Clippesby hall is lovely, and perfect for children.
Went there this month for our first ever camping trip with a 4 yr old and a 1 year old.
Will go back next year for sure.
Have a look at Woodlands near Sheringham, good playground, family bar and an indoor swimming pool at the end of the lane.
We had one of our worst holidays at Clippesby,we were there at Easter a few years back and the place almost shut down after the Tuesday with no staff,no food a dirty empty pool and when it rained the entry and exit points were so muddy you needed a 4x4 to get to your tent. The shower block was terrible,it was a portable type building with an open corridor, hope the have changed it.It was a shame really as it is nice looking site but we would never return.
Try Broad Farm Caravan Park, It's a lovely rural retreat nestling between the Norfolk Broads, Great Yarmouth's seaside delights and historic Norwich.
The site has a free outdoor fun pool and large children's play area plus a shop, launderette and licensed bar with food, entertainment, live bands and pool tables – as well as big screen TV. Plenty of space for children to run around.
Hi
If its places to visit Petits zoo is a fab day out! i think it cost us about £30 for a family of 5.
love Norfolk but any other places tend to be expensive!!! A friend hired a boat on the broads from wrexham for an hour which they said was well worth th £15..
We were there last August with 2 kids 2 and 5, nothing but the countryside and fields onsite for the kids, but within distance of great beaches and lots to do.
Mike the owner is its greatest asset, helped us newbies out no end.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
