hi lovely people I wondered if anyone on here knows of a venue for our annual Probefest
It sounds rude...it isnt
We have around 100 cars turn up and about 80 tents and caravans
We are ideally looking for something in a out of the way area
Previously we have held our event at Trentfield farm which is excellent but the noise issue is becoming a problem this year we had kareoke and were asked to turn it off at 10pm then 10.30 after negotiation but lots of the members moaned about this spoiling their fun
Ideally we would like access to electric but not essential and ideally would be in the east midlands area near the M1 or A1 as folk come from oop north and darn south
Any ideas or suggestions most gratefully recieved
For those campsite owners on here we gave Trentfield just shy of £2k for the weekend ...might be worth your while
I am more than happy to go back to Trentfield as it is a fantatic site but have been asked to explore the options

Try Breck Farm at Weybourne Norfolk. So relaxed, lots of space, campfires and we were there this weekend and there were people holding sing-songs with an amp til 4am without being told to shut it off.
have you looked atLickhill Manor, Stourport on Severn, Worcs,it great big loads of hook ups plenty of room for marque nice walk to the village plenty of pubs
All kinds of rallies and meets catered for with function rooms and full bar set just off the M1/A38 in Alfreton, Derbyshire, they are a country club with facilities for outdoor persuits situated up a long sweeping tarmac'ed drive,and surrounded by farmland, they are not a regular campsite, but they have a field available for tents and caravans for such functions as well as showers and toilets within the complex for people attending the events
We have hired the place for our youngest daughters wedding in a few weeks time.
