Hi can anyone recomend a good site in Pembrokeshire, must take dogs, be small and quiet, have toilets and showers, NO clubhose or bar, Shop and pub nearby would be nice, Coast not too far away. Thanks,
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
We stayed at Abermarlais Caravan site near Llangadog. We had a great week there, the site is clean and tidy, it has a shop and a stream for the kids to play in. Dogs are welcome on a lead. There are pubs but you have to travel a few miles down the road. The coast is about 20mins away.
Hope this link works

In a week's time we shall be at Hendre Eynon, just north of St David's for the umpteenth time. Takes around 70 units, good clean toilets and showers, family shower rooms, washing up facilities, industrial washer and dryer (extra cost) Two big fields with pitches round the outside and acres of space in the middle for kids to play. Sadly, lacks a pub within walking distance and around 10 minutes to coast.
We recently night stopped at Freshwater East Caravan Club site at Trewent Hill, Freshwater East, Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, SA71 5LJ on our way to Ireland via the Fishguard/ Rosslare ferry. http://www.caravanclub.co.uk/caravanclubapps/applications/uk%20sites/Site%20Details.aspx?csid=21884&pgrf=map We found it to be a very nice site, small, quiet, very clean, with excellent facilities, close to the sea and beaches, and up to the usual standard that you would expect from a Caravan Club site.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
