As the camping season draws to a close for some, just wondring if anyone want to share their fav campsite and pics to keep us going over the next few months.

One of my fav sites is the Orchards on IOW. Seeing the sunrise there was awesome.

At the end of another season  and my favourite site overall is still Knight Stainforth near Settle. Stunning scenery, all the facilities you could want and some beautiful walks from the site.

That said, the most stunning place I've camped this year is Barisdale on the Knoydart peninsula. Breath taking (literally if you climb the munros!) and if you like shellfish and don't mind beachcombing you won't go hungry. We spent an evening making clam chowder over a fire we built on the beach. Fabulous!
