So sorry if I am posting in wrong place or format, but I need help!
In April I celebrate a 0 birthday and want to celebrate with friends and am looking for a site with the following:
Needs to be near Birmingham , or somewhere accessible from both ends of country ( Worcestershire/Warwickshire would be ideal).
Would prefer somewhere where we could take over most of site.
We are all dog owners, we will have between 2- 5 each, they are well behaved and would be kept under control.
Would like it if the site had either a room which we could use or a decent pub nearby which is nice that I could ask them to do the catering for my birthday bash.
Electric hook up .
Suggestions welcome, somewhere with a decent rally field would be good, not too expensive as they will be having to pay their own site fees.

Stratford upon Avon racecourse has rooms you can hire, so long as it doesn't clash with a race meeting. I don't think they do catering (we always do our own) but I'm sure you could arrange outside caterers. The site's nice and you can exercise the dogs off lead in the middle of the racecourse and you can walk into town along the river and through the park, which is lovely.
I think you'd need to check with them about taking so many dogs, though.

I live in Newark and have stayed here on numerous occasions..most of which have been rallies from another forum i belong to...situated along The River Trent..so great for dog walking..also has a hall that you can have the key for and all meet up in there at night time..taking your own booze and nibbles..we have left a tv there..the teenagers used it for their guitar hero etc...EHU..clean and warm toilet/shower blocks..fishing on site and central to the country..

The Marlbank Inn near Malvern might meet your requirements.
Not stayed there, but there are a few reviews to read.
I was about to mention the Marlbank..
Haven't been for a couple of years now but it's lovely, proper little pub, with a small campsite behind..although they don't(or didn't!)have a seperate room you could hire, they may let you "block book" the site(..plenty of room to set up gazebos or small marque type stuff..
..I suppose it all depends on what they've got organised.
It costs nowt to ask 'em...!
Statford on Avon racecourse is also worth a look though,as it has plenty of space!...
(So all in all, looking back,I've been no help what so ever..?! )

If The Marlbank haven't got a room to hire then Welland Village Hall is only just down the road, and when we go to a rally in that area we always use that for our Saturday night social.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
