Just about to book 10 days in the summer holidays for our motorhome, myself/ partner and 2 daughters aged 10 and 14.

Wondered if anyone had advice re good pitches to book.

Would like somewhere quiet, but not completely isolated.. (i.e not right next to village centre/ toilets/ road(s).

Have already thought that its probably worth paying extra for an extra large pitch.

any advice / experiences would be most welcome - thanks

Like you say, avoid the pitches closest to the main building - they are the smallest, most shaded and very busy with everyone having to walk past you.

Otherwise, most pitches are a decent size and i didn't think there was any one area better than another.
