We are 4 families looking for camping site which has a B&B on site or nearby as one member of the party has a young baby and would prefer not to camp. Any ideas?

Hollows Farm nr Keswick - they have self catering cottage, B&B and a campsite. Basic site, not sure what your preference is...

I would think that most campsites in the Lakes/ North Yorks would have a B&B very near by...

Also it may help to look at this list of pubs with campsites. The pubs listed all have a campsite and may or may not also do B&B accomodation. For example Aysgarth Falls Hotel nr Leyburn (never been but looks lovely!)
