Mr Crocus and I are getting married next year and would like to organise a joint hen and stag do with about 30 of our friends. I am looking for a small campsite we could have sole use of, preferably where fires are allowed, in the region of the peak district. I am thinking daytime walking/ climbing followed by evening barbecues and a few beers by the campfire. Does anyone have any ideas? Many thanks!

Hi,
Welcome to the forum crocus. There is a lovely site called Rivendale, it's in Ashbourne, Derbyshire in the Peak District - it has a camping meadow and they allow campfires/bbqs, I don't know whether they take large groups but you could always enquire.
