I live in Milton Keynes and whilst there are a few campsite here abouts I am not sure they would be suitable. Emberton I suppose is ideal as you have easy access to the Park. There is a C&CC site here actually in MK but whether they would allow what you want I don't know. There is the Lovat Meadows site at Newport Pagnell but that does not have its own toilet facilities although you can use those of the Middleton Swimming Pool (next door) during opening hours. A bit further out is Cosgrove Park. You would need to contact individual campsites to check whether they can accommodate you.
