I know its a silly question but we're just a couple with two dogs, not looking for kids entertainment or anything. Just a nice campsite, spacious and private that's not too busy as from thursday. We're in Worcestershire, willing to travel up to 150 miles. anyone know of a site they have been to that's not too popular maybe. Would love to know where you are all going too :)

Dont know if it's in your area range, but try Church Farm House just outside Market Rasen. They are a small site trying to get established. We went there at Easter and were the only ones there.

hi have you looked at monmouth - caravan park at rockfield road. Really nice and quiet - we are going on 4th august for a week. there is a club but only small and only open weekends. walk into monmouth and round local area is lovely. Worth a look.
