How very sad about the girl in the cliff-fall yesterday. My condolences go out to all her family.

We're booked at Freshwater Beach a bit later on & I feel a bit sad about going now.

Whilst the cliffs are susceptible to slipping along this coast I think the girl was very unlucky as were the couple trapped under the landslip at Beaminster tunnel nearby.

It is I am sure an effect of the excessive rain. Just be careful where you sit on the beach.

We to have two weeks booked this Saturday, this will be our third year. We do not go on the beach as there is always things to do in the campsite. Our thoughts are with the family who has lost there loved one.
