I've only stayed there once myself and that was few years ago so I don't know how much has changed since we stayed.
I seem to remember that both the fields with the best views are on quite a slope, but because of the view then they were busier and probably noisier. And because they allow campfires, then people will stay up later chatting. I don't recall it being terribly noisy though, but we were with friends so maybe it was us making the noise!
The field as you drive in just before reception was the flattest and quietest but didn't have the view.
The compost toilets were quite an experience, but there were a couple of normal toilets as well.
Lovely area though - hope you have a great time.
