Hi there!!
We are off to Skipsea Sands in a couple of weeks, (static, not camping!).
We have never been before. Can anyone suggest any nice/cheap pubs that do good food?

They do meals on site. For a cheap pub , there is a great social club just outside the gate of the site, very family friendly.
