Hi,could anyone recommend a campsite we are looking for one that is walking distance to a beach pref a little park,shop,arcade and pub on site it is a total must though that we can book two pitches together as going with friends and children(so want to be able to still enjoy the evenings when the children get tiered we can sit and chat) we need to arrive on a Sunday too(this is where I'm struggling).
prefer the east and south but will consider anywhere that's nice :)

Although there's no play park there's plenty of space on the camping field for kids to run about etc, and you should have no trouble being able to pitch together - if you don't want ehu you can pitch where you want but if you do want it then I would advise booking fairly early. The camping field has direct access to a great beach where there are no dog restrictions. There's a small on-site club which does meals and has weekend entertainment during the season - kids and dogs are allowed in up to 9pm - and at the site entrance there's a shop and a small amusement arcade. Across from the entrance there's a nice pub which does meals, also a take-away with indoor seating. Another arcade just down the lane, also a chalet site with a swimming pool open to residents of other sites and a larger arcade with ten pin bowling. If you book early enough you shouldn't have any problem arriving on a Sunday, over the years I've arrived on many different days of the week and it's never been any problem.

No pub on site, but there's plenty in easy walking distance, walk to the beach, small play park onsite but ten minutes to the park at Glen Valley Gardens.
