Hi, Can anyone recommend a cl near to portsmouth. I have a early ferry on a sunday morning, so want to drive down saturday pm, then overnight, Thanks

Hi,

I don't know of a CL down that way, but can thoroughly recommend Rookesbury Park CC site down there. Members only - we stayed for a week good facilities, and a specific area just for overnighters.

You could overnight at the Port, not sure how much sleep you would get though.

we stayed here before an 8am crossing to France. No facilities (loos, showers etc) but ehu, water point and a very good pub 2 mins walk down the road. Would use the site again for an overnighter.
