They don't own the domain any longer it seems http://www.nominet.org.uk/whois/lookup?query=bagwellfarm.co.uk

It expired last month.

They do own the domain bagwellfarm.com address, but that redirects to the co.uk address.

Unsure why they didn't renew the co.uk reg.

If they want custom in 2013, you would think they would ensure all contact options were open.

That's a thought. Are they still operational?

In fact it seems so, as they have replied this month on facebook.
