In Blackpool, no.
Near Blackpool - there were a few but they seem to have become caravan only sites. Your can try Stanah. Not stayed here myself but it is a lovely area.
Theres one just a few mins walk from the Pleasure Beach, called Hampton Road Social Club, which is a very clean and tidy site, with a clubhouse where kids are welcome, we have stayed there for the last couple of years, and last year the price was £28.00 per night with hook up.

This site doesn't take tents As said above, and to my amazement there don't seem to be any actually in Blackpool that take tents.
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
Glad youve asked the question, weve been looking aswell and struggled to find anything that stood out, even went and looked at a few when went on lads weekend.. but that put us off the ones we were considering
