Main lake is a large expanse of water with very few trees snags etc to fish to, stand with your back to the lake cafe and walk the pegs to your right, fish amongst the willow trees, some pegs have patches of reedmace close in.
Look across the far side and you will see a smaller lake which is far easier fishing with loads of cover plenty of good sized carp, be aware the small islands are floating on pontoons chained to the pond bottom the roots hang down in the water to a depth of about 6ft good holding points for carp just be aware if you hook a good fish it will have you around the anchor chains in a jiff,again with your back to the main lake walk to the right last peg is full of lilly pads = fish so say no more on that, on far side there is a small bay carp tend to roll about 6 rod lengths out here, as you walk around from this bay go over small bridge the next 6 pegs all produce fish very close in.
Tickets are only available from the tackle shop on the link provided above, shop is easy to find these can be purchased the day before you fish so no problem
