We go to Black Knowl(brockenhurst)its a lovely site with lots of walking places and good for cycling, this is our 4th year we have been.
There isnt a play area though.
I went to one in Beaulieu [called Embers]. While I was negative to it, I didn't have small kids. Worth looking into.
Wooded area for exploring and a small play area which children used and a wide variety of animals around..
Close to the village and also to the museum/house as well as close to the open areas of the forest. They advertise themselves as having a range of activities you can pre-book
