Looking to go to Wales north or south and camp over , up for any adventure sites were we can raft and maybe rock climb, any activities really.

There are plenty of sites around Bala that will give you access to white water rafting. Tyn Cornel is on the river and about 15 minute walk to the White Water Rafting Centre. Not sure of the rock climbing. Good mountain bike trails nearby
