Hi All, im new to UK campsites but not camping, we usually camp according to the fishing!! lol x But during the summer hols im going camping with a 7 year old,12 year old and 3 year old. Could anyone recommend a good priced child friendly site with room to play ball games, with a park and shop, also close a village so we can have a walk out. We are in doncaster so can do Derbyshire, northyorks, the peaks we are in a good central location and dont mind travelling. Ps We have a Vango Killington (which i love) so big pitches too, Thanks x

Some people walk in the Rain, others just get wet.

Do you have any toilet facilities? We go to misterton for weekends. There is no toilet or showers so own sanitation is essential but they do have hook up, children's play area, close to the village shops, take aways etc and also some lovely walks down by the canal. They also have a small fishing pond my kids love it for the weekend there and it's close to home!
