Hi, we have a Hobby 650 caravan and are looking for a seasonal pitch in North Yorkshire. If anyone knows of any nice sites which allow Dogs and have a Clubhouse or a Pub nearby we would be very grateful for any suggestions.

You could try Highfield Farm, Tunstall, nr Catterick. We've had 3 seasons there now and really love it. 89 seasonal pitches with a further 16 for next season and only 7 for touring units. There is a pub in the village about 1/2 mile away and there is a super dog walk/exercise field.

We are on Constable Burton caravan park, very quiet,small dog walk,nice big pitches and lovely surroundings - pub straight across the road - but the site possibly not geared towards children as there isn't a play park etc. Akebar Park is about a mile or so down the road - never stayed but I believe it's more lively as it's probably a bit more child friendly - they have a pub/restaurant on site. Oh and both sites are on the a684 which is a great location for exploring the Dales and north yorkshire

If you want clubhouse, pool,pub and dog walks regular weekend market nearby ect worth trying The Flower of May.
