9 & 11 year olds who love making friends, would love a farm site where they can help feed the animals. A pool or safe bathing beach nearby would be great. They've grown out of play areas and are into sports and friends. Any ideas?

West Middlewick Farm is a lovely farm based site - read the reviews, can really get involved with the animals. The minus point is that it's really rural so might not be enough to occupy your kids.
Another option could be Stowford Meadows - this is a big site & nearer the sea.
Try Yeatheridge Farm in the middle of Devon. Indoor pool with water slide thingy, 2 fishing lakes, horse riding, a football field and they really will make many good friends their own age.
Good on site shop, bar, restaurant, take away.
Lovely walks.
