Gwaun Vale Brewery near Fishguard? Haven't been there though. Not sure if it has showers as this doesn't matter to us.

Is Anglesey too far? Bodewran Bach CS has it's own pub and showers, and we have been there, look at my reviews if you are interested. Not sure if it has been sold though, the owner had it up for sale when we were there last year.
