Hi,

can anyone recommend a site within 1-1.5hrs drive of Warrington that would welcome a group of youngsters (16years old) we are going also to keep an eye on them, but trying to leave them to their own devices as much as possible

Hi. Campsites often don't encourage groups never mind a bunch of youngsters. How about asking around for a local scout or guide campsite - or asking a farmer for a loan of a bit of field?

Another suggestion is a family friendly festival, something smallish - I know I would be happy to let my teen take a mate or two to our local festival, and be pitched a bit away from me.
