Has anybody stayed at Riverside caravan park South Molton. Have read the reviews but wondered what others thought about this site.

Yes. And I live nearby.

The site is modern & clean but when it rains drainage is poor - it's handy for North Devon coast and inland but be aware of traffic noise from the A361. It's a busy dual carriageway, even more so peak season.

Hi Chelsea girl thank you for your reply. We were thinking about July/August but the traffic noise from the busy carriageway and the poor drainage has put us off slightly.
Devon is where we want to holiday this year so could you recommend any sites please.

Don't let me put you off.  Read the reviews and look at the location of the site on googlearth.  Some people don't seem to mind the traffic but because I live in the country I noticed the road noise.

What do you look for on a site?  Do you like quiet and rural or a big "lively" campsite?
