Stowford Manor Farm in Wiltshire has swimming in the river that runs through the site. They have a club which you join for £1 or something but I have never been there least of all jumped in the river.

I live close to Stowford Manor farm. Not stayed on the site but it looks nice and the river is a popular wild swimming spot.

Nice area with lots to do too.

There two campsites on Llyn Tegid ( Lake Bala) North Wales with access to the shore line . The National Trust has two sites that have exelent accsess Low Wray campsite on Lake Windermere . Coniston Hall campsite on lake Coniston . It really depends on what you mean by wild swim ? i know of alot of wild swimming spots that arent to far from campsites really depends what your after .

Be very carefull when wild swimming . I make my daugters wear there PFDs quite alot when wild swimming it to easy to get out of your depth and the water can be alot colder not so far from shore, bank

Hi,

Loads of great wild swimming up and around our campsite in the Eskdale valley .... some of the areas are even in the Wild Swimming book that has been printed. Upper Eskdale and the Esk river is very safe for a group or family swimming.

Just a short walk up the valley......away from the crowds.
