I'm looking for recommendations for sites in Norfolk overlooking the sea and not too commercial?

Thanks

You could try my favourite - http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=9774

The camping field is on the cliff top overlooking the beach and unless you want ehu you can park where you want. The facilities may be a little dated but they are always clean, and showers are free. There's a small club house on the site but it's not noisy and it's well away from the camping field anyway. A small shop selling most basics at the site entrance and just across the lane there's a nice pub/restaurant - the meals there are very nice and not ott on price - plus a chippy/takeaway nearby. The area is lovely - countryside meets coast - and well placed for getting into Great Yarmouth and to the Broads or further afield.

You couldn't get more "overlooking the sea" than Sandy Gulls at Mundesley. Check out the reviews on this site.
Have been myself its certainly bracing.
