we've camped out in the new forest a few times at hollands wood and roundhill. we're heading back next month but i was wondering if there are any other sites worth considering? we really like the decent facilities and woodland feel of hollands and roundhill, so we're looking for something similar. are there any camping & caravanning club sites that are worth considering? or any other decent sites for that matter? we are a mid 30's couple with a 2 year old boy, so the site must accept children but we would like there to be wardens on site to prevent any large groups etc keeping the little one up all night

I always recommend Long Meadow, opposite Holland Wood, but it's not in the trees. Great facilities though.

You could look at Homsley in New Forest it is a nice site electric hookups and a play area for the children . Hope you have a nice holiday
