CC Rowntree Park York
CC Steamer Quay (I think) Totnes Devon

Have stayed at Rowntree Park really good location for York town centre-but prone to flooding.
Only walked past Steamer Quay but it looks quite nice and is a 5 minute walk to town and riverside.
