Funny enough, I've just returned from Cornwall, its been too hot the last week (not a rain drop in sight). But I stayed at Perran Springs (2nd time this year) and booked in for my 3rd and final stay of the year for the end of August, they have electric hook-up pitches remaining towards end of August, but not sure how many are left. Hiya, I have just spent 11 days touring Cornwall and did not pre-book a single site. Yes I struggled a bit trying to find a site at Padstow, but for the rest of the tour I just went to an area and then I used the site search which works on your current location on a device and found plenty of sites to take us.

That is interesting, and that is so much how we tour in France and as we like it. But I was so constrained by the area we needed to be, because of family staying there, I was a bit anxious; especially as when we phoned Treloan and they laughed when we asked if they had pitches. All sorted now.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
We stuck our heads into Treloan and although we did not stop there, so cannot comment on the facilities, just looking at the pitches and the views, in my opinion you made the better choice staying at Trewince. Enjoy your holiday and hope the sun shines as much for you as it did for us.
