It is unlikely you'd be able to find the "restaurant" section in pubs that allow dogs, however, many allow dogs in the bar section where bar food can be consumed.

Good luck with your search.

Have a look at doggiepubs.org.uk. It's not an exhaustive list but will give you an idea.

The Elephants Nest at Horndon near Mary Tavy Tavistock welcomes well behaved dogs and their food is lovely. Beautiful old place with log fires in the colder months. A treat place for us, never been disappointed.

I find the campsite search reviews on here quite good at giving advice regarding pubs which allow dogs.

If unsure I just ask the site wardens/owners, although some can be a bit vague about where to go.
I then just ask around or nip into a pub and ask if dogs are allowed, generally most public bars allow dogs in my experience.

Britannia inn, Alcombe near Minehead allows dogs in bar. Walking distance of caravan club site. Also several pubs in Dunster village.
